Terms & Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services and offers of wallprint.design (Owner: Robin Borchers). The offer is aimed at companies, gastronomy, medical facilities, and private individuals. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms as solely binding.

wallprint.design provides services in the field of digital wall printing. Motifs are applied directly to the on-site surface (e.g., plaster, concrete, glass, wood, metal) using specialized UV printing technology. We exclusively use certified, vegan, and odorless colors that allow immediate use of the room upon completion.

Since the services provided by wallprint.design (wall prints) are individually customized according to the customer's specifications and clearly tailored to personal needs, there is no right of withdrawal for the customer in accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB.

  The customer assures that they hold all required usage, copyright, and trademark rights for the provided image files, logos, and graphics.

  wallprint.design conducts no legal review of the transmitted content.

  The customer fully indemnifies wallprint.design from all third-party claims due to the infringement of property rights as well as from the costs of a necessary legal defense.

The customer is obliged to create the following conditions at the agreed date:

  The print surface must be clean, dry, and free of obstacles.

• —

  A level surface for the printer's rail guide (approx. 1 m depth in front of the wall) must be available.

• —

  A standard power connection (230V) must be available within reach.

• —

  The room temperature should be between 15 °C and 30 °C for optimal color curing.

Wall printing is a technological process on natural or industrial surfaces. Minor deviations in color representation compared to the screen view as well as slight irregularities caused by the structure or absorbency of the wall do not constitute a defect.

  Billing is based on the actually printed area (square meters) or an agreed flat rate by wallprint.design.

  Invoices are due for payment without deduction within 14 days after service provision, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

wallprint.design is only liable for damages in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for damages to the surface resulting from unforeseeable material properties or inadequate pretreatment by the customer is excluded.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the registered office of wallprint.design, provided the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
